Heating in the oven:
Remove the cover

Place the insert in an ovenproof dish

Preheat the oven to 100°C

Heat for 15–20 minutes

Put on the cover and use for 15-20 minutes

Microwave heating:
Remove the cover

Place the insert in the vessel

Without touching the microwave walls, heat for 1–2 minutes (max. 600 W)

Cooling:
Place the hot water bottle in a ziplock bag/container

Place in the fridge (approx. 1 hour) or freezer (30 minutes)

Use as a cold compress for 15–20 minutes
