Teddy Bear Cherry Stones Hot Water Bottle Pink

This sweet pink teddy bear-shaped hot water bottle is not only a comforting gadget but also an effective, natural source of warmth or coolness. Heating in the oven:
Remove the outer cover

Place the hot water bottle in a clean ovenproof dish

Place in a preheated oven (100°C) for 15–20 minutes

Put on the pillowcase and you're done

Microwave heating:
Take off the pillowcase

Place the hot water bottle in the container

Heat for 1–2 minutes at 600 W.

Cooling:
Place the hot water bottle in a sealed container or ziplock bag.

Place in the fridge (1 hour) or freezer (30 minutes)

Ready to use as a cool compress
